In the course of my studies and research for various projects, I have had the happy opportunity to visit several fine national parks and museum collections containing original pieces of arms and armour ranging from the Bronze Age to recent history.  This page is dedicated to giving the public access to the photographs I’ve accumulated in the course of my work and travels.  I hope that they can provide insight into the brilliant skill and craftsmanship of historical armourers, manufacturers and metalsmiths.
